Description
If you think that studying colors is boring and uninteresting, then this is definitely not the case with the book“Who and What Color?”
It is in this small collection that a separate page is dedicated to a specific color, on which the child will find:
- funny poems about animals;
- color riddles;
- riddles in pictures and werewolf riddles;
- bright pictures.
And a few recommendations on how to study colors effectively:
- even before starting to study colors, call your child not just an object “car”, but “ red car" etc. The child will get used to the sound of the color name and this will help when you start learning the colors themselves;
- you need to start learning colors with four basic ones: red, yellow, blue and green. Then the rest;
- You need to learn color gradually. First one color. When you realize that the child has learned it, move on to another;
- name colors clearly and uniformly;
- when you teach a child a color, look for it everywhere and show it to the child;
- ask your child to bring a toy of a certain color, so you will understand whether he remembers the color;
- do not force your child to learn colors. All learning must take place through play;
- you can study the colors and shades that prevail in a particular season, for example in spring - green, light green; in summer – yellow; in autumn – brown, orange; in winter - blue, white, blue. It will be easy for you to find objects of the corresponding color that surround you;
- arrange colorful days. On red day - wear something red yourself, similarly look for red clothes for your child, draw with red pencils, chalk, drink from a red cup, etc.
