Sign: 3.34. Stopping is prohibited

Stopping and parking of vehicles other than taxis that are picking up or unloading passengers (unloading or loading cargo) is prohibited. The sign does not apply to: vehicles moving along established routes; if there is a sign under it for drivers with disabilities driving a motorized stroller or a car marked with the identification sign “Driver with a disability”, for drivers transporting passengers with disabilities, subject to the availability of documents confirming the passenger’s disability (except for passengers with obvious signs of disability). The sign's coverage area is from the place of installation to the nearest intersection beyond it, and in populated areas where there are no intersections - to the end of the populated area. The effect of the sign is not interrupted at exit points from territories adjacent to the road and at intersections (adjacent) with field, forest and other unpaved roads, in front of which priority signs are not installed. The sign applies only to the side of the road on which it is installed.
