Description

The action of Irina Lobusova's new novel "The Red Room" takes place in a big city, where a talented artist Evgenia Kravets, who calls herself Jean, comes, experiencing a love drama. She gets a job as a designer in an architectural firm and rents an apartment in an old house: she really likes the living room with red wallpaper, which makes an ominous impression on many. Jean feels some kinship with this strange room, and it itself looks strange, shocking those around her with her green hair, including the head of the company, Vadim, a jaded man who lives for his own pleasure, but has long lost interest in everything. And then one day Vadim receives a call from the police and reports that in the cottage his company is building, the body of a girl was found, and next to it is Jean. And this is only the beginning of a chain of mystical events and terrible murders. . .
