Description
Due to its design features has an almost pyrolysis (complete combustion) nature of fuel combustion . Like other Turbo stoves of a higher price category, it has a cast iron “snail”in the design of the combustion chamber for afterburning gases.
Instantly heats up and cools down slowly, one load of fuel can last up to 8 hours of operation of the stove in smoldering mode (with correctly adjusted air dampers and a damper built into it). And in low-intensity combustion mode and when fully loaded, it can work for up to 5 hours on one tab.
A cast-iron movable grate, fireclay bricks and a cast-iron hob allow the stove to operate on any type of solid fuel (firewood, briquettes, pellets, coal).
Perhaps the only drawback of this stove is the ability to supply fuel only through the top burner. But the DUVAL developers were able to turn this disadvantage into great technical advantages. Due to the absence of a front door, they were able to use an afterburning chamber (i.e., “turbocharge” the furnace), and also, with such small external dimensions of the furnace, achievea very large volume of the combustion chamber(45 cm high and with a diameter of 23 cm.) At the same time, the entire volume of the chamber remains USEFUL, and even with the possibility of “UPPER” combustion!
The stove has a standard height of 74 cm, and therefore it will be very convenient to load and throw firewood into it through the top - without even bending down.
The stove has a very aesthetic appearance - heat-resistant enamel, easy to clean and convenient to maintain. And also a beautiful indelible drawing under the enamel in the form of “Petrikovskaya painting”.
