Coconut flour Ecoprod 250 g

Coconut flour (Sri Lanka) is a gluten-free product, which makes it popular among people intolerant to this plant protein. It is made exclusively from ripe coconuts without any impurities during technological processing. During production, the fruits are split open and the liquid is drained from them. The coconut meat is then scraped, washed, grated and strained to separate the solids from the milk. The separated pulp is dried at low temperature until completely dry and then ground into flour. The finished product visually and tactilely looks like grain flour, similar to wheat. It has a very mild taste and aroma, which it imparts to baked goods and dishes with its addition.
