To find the right combination, we tested several coffees from different countries of origin. We have found that not all coffees mix well with milk or milk foam. But the wonderful Kenyan Arabica does, and we chose it as part of the Chiaro blend. We mixed it with Indonesian Arabica from Sumatra. Together they make a decadent pairing - which is exactly what we focused on when creating the café au lait.

ROASTING

Coffee roasting plays a big role in whether the coffee harmonizes perfectly with milk. To develop this pleasant and sweet taste of Chiaro coffee, we roasted it at a very low temperature and long enough to develop its natural sweetness.
