Description

The drink attracts with its thick, pronounced chocolate taste, without any extraneous notes. The balanced body is exquisitely complemented by a nutty-almond hue and characteristic sourness. The aftertaste is characterized by pleasant sweetness and noble aroma. Unlike exotic varieties, Brasilia Santos does not contain any admixtures of tropical fruits, flowers or spices. And this is precisely why it is valuable for lovers of “pure” coffee. It can be used as a single variety or as part of various blends.

Preparation

Brazil Santos coffee is suitable for brewing in a coffee maker (automatic and combined), Turkish and French press, drip coffee makers. Among the most popular drinks using beans of this variety are cappuccino and latte, Americano, and ristretto (espresso). It is recommended to store roasted beans at a temperature of no more than + 25C, in a container away from air and sunlight. The packaging can be stored in the freezer at temperatures down to - 18C. To obtain a high-quality coffee drink, you should grind the coffee immediately before brewing, and store the ground product for no more than 14 days.
