This coffee has the sourness of a sweet green apple, with a citrus zest in the aftertaste. Shades of cocoa are noticeable. Spices are clearly distinguishable in the aroma, but they do not show much in the taste. In an automatic coffee machine, we get a cup of soft coffee with a slight hint of spice and medium-intensity sourness from a sweet green apple. Good balance, pleasant coffee. Suitable for preparing coffee drinks with and without milk.
