Khmeli-suneli is a traditional Georgian seasoning consisting of natural dry crushed spices (herbs). Khmeli-suneli seasoning is capable of providing various dishes with a pleasant spicy, but not spicy, taste.

In cooking, suneli hops can be used as the main seasoning for preparing any dishes made from meat, fish, mushrooms and vegetables. This wonderful seasoning can enhance the flavor of almost any stew or soup. Of course, the tastes of any dishes with khmeli-suneli seasoning will have characteristic shades.
