Description
This book is an adaptation of the famous novel by the American writer Garriet Beecher Stowe, “Uncle Tom's House,” about the greedy lives of slaves in the United States in the early 1850s. Planter Shelby, after recent operations at the stock exchange, is planning to give his best black slave, Tom, to the slave trader Gaile. More than once, the rulers of the humble and betrayed Tom change one another. The most vicious is the tyrannical Simon Legree, who is unable to earn money from the kind and sensitive Tom, a cruel observer. She does not compromise her inner human principles, trying to make life easier for other slaves, she helps and encourages her. After two of Tom's slaves were beaten to the point of obscurity and deprived of the house...
