Protective case Vanguard Supreme 37F (Supreme 37F)

Unlike most other companies that produce cases from ABS plastic, Vanguard Supreme protective cases are made of polypropylene, which allowed the manufacturer to provide the products with a 10-year warranty. The Vanguard Supreme 37F Protective Case is a virtually indestructible, shockproof and sealed case that is designed to withstand the most extreme conditions. The case is designed for storing and transporting expensive and sensitive equipment, such as cameras, quadcopters, laptops, sports optics, musical equipment, measuring instruments and construction tools.

Polypropylene is at the same time a lightweight, durable and elastic material. After deformation, due to the application of significant loads, the material does not collapse, but returns to its previous shape. The case can withstand point loads of up to 120 kg without damage. The case is sealed around the entire perimeter with a monolithic rubber seal, which ensures complete water resistance when immersed in water up to 5 meters for a long time. To protect particularly sensitive devices during flights, an automatic pressure equalization valve is provided, which does not violate the tightness of the structure. The operating temperature range at which the characteristics of the case remain unchanged is from -40 to +95° C.

The four-layer case liner consists of a 19 mm thick polyurethane foam plate, two layers of cellular polyurethane foam filler, which can be modeled to fit the dimensions of the transported devices, each 55 mm thick, and a profiled polyurethane foam protective layer of the top cover, 30 mm thick. Vanguard traditionally pays attention to details, among which we would especially like to highlight steel-reinforced padlock eyes, soft rubber handles, rubberized non-slip feet and wide, comfortable latches with a secure fit.
