An orthopedic mattress base (bed frame) is suitable for use in combination with springless mattresses and mattresses based on a Bonnel or Pocket Spring spring block.

The base is designed specifically to enhance the orthopedic effect of the mattress itself, as well as to increase its service life. Provides ventilation of the mattress and makes rest as comfortable as possible.

The frame is all-welded, made of a metal square pipe 25x25x1.2 mm. There are gussets at the corners for attaching the legs.

The structure is reinforced with a transverse bridge, onto which an additional support leg is attached.

In total, the frame has 5 supports, adjustable in height 235-265 mm, which allows you to install the bed even on an uneven surface. Plastic caps on the supports protect the floor from scratches and damage.

The product has flexible and durable beech slats 8 mm thick and 53 mm wide.

The distance between the lamellas is from 25 mm to 55 mm, depending on the size of the frame and the number of lamellas in it.

The metal part is painted with black polymer powder paint.

Permissible load per bed is up to 130 kg.

Fastenings are included.

The frame is supplied packed in polyethylene, which eliminates possible damage during transportation.
