Description

Each selected coffee production area, located between the Tropics of Cancer, at an altitude of more than 1 km, suitable with a varied climate, with sufficient sunshine and rain to produce ripe and balanced coffee beans with a clean taste.
Harvesting ripe coffee cherries by hand leaves a mild coffee flavor
During the harvest season, harvesters selectively harvest coffee cherries of similar size and similar ripeness. This hand-harvesting method ensures that the coffee beans are free of other impurities. Picking a basket of ripe berries brings the joy of harvest and the soft aroma of coffee.
Strict sorting without defects
Before and after roasting, coffee beans are manually sorted one by one, and defective beans are removed to ensure a pure coffee taste. Roasting technology imparts a variety of flavors to coffee. Under the supervision of the roaster, the coffee beans are slowly roasted at an average temperature of 200°C for 15 minutes, which produces a fruity aroma and blends the roasted aroma with the fruity into one.
Capsule Filling Equipment
Using advanced capsule filling equipment, freshly ground coffee powder is filled into the capsule and sealed, which reliably preserves the fresh aroma of coffee.
Origin of coffee: Indonesia. Thanks to the volcanic and complex soil in Indonesia, coffee has an extremely rich and robust aroma. Local coffee has a thick consistency, the taste is dominated by notes of wood and sweet spices.
Optimal extraction volume: 35 ml.
Suitable for coffee: Espresso.
Taste characteristics of coffee: Notes of tree bark and spices are felt in both the aroma and taste. The taste is quite strong and intense, similar to the taste of liqueur. Pleasant bitterness of cocoa in the aftertaste.
