Description
Kalinji is more commonly known in Ukraine as a black kmin, although sometimes the name “black” is common. It’s not because of the number of names that we love this spice, but because of its great benefits for the body. Its fatherland is the Mediterranean and Asia, and its popularity has spread throughout Europe.
Black kmin has long been used to treat a wide range of illnesses, including various essential oils and fatty acids, as well as glycosides and melantin. For a long time now they have been calling it a sechoginous, zhovchoginny, provocative and deworming sasib. This regular practice allows you to brighten your eyes, improve your immunity, get rid of depression, and that’s why. This is a miraculous medicinal and pain-soothing remedy, which is used as a cure for rheumatism, radiculitis and gout. These are the insecticidal powers of the present day, which must be sealed in order to protect the clothes from moths.
The use of Kalinja in cooking
