Inhalation under pressure Ipratropium-Inteli solution is shown for the supporting treatment of the reverse bronchospasm connected with chronic obstructive diseases of easy (HOBL) and chronic bronchial asthma.

Structure

Active ingredient: ipratropiya bromide;

1 dose contains 21 mkg a monohydrate bromide ipratropiya (20 mkg an ipratropiya of bromide anhydrous are equivalent);

Excipients: the citric acid, water purified 1,1,1,2-tetraftoretan (HFA-134a), absolute ethanol.

Contraindication

Hypersensitivity to atropine or its derivatives (for example a tiotropiya), an ipratropiya to bromide, or to any component of medicine.

For inhalation application.

Term of treatment depends on weight of a course of the disease and is defined individually. Always to reduce a dose to the minimum necessary for achievement of effective control of symptoms.

Overdose

About specific symptoms of overdose it was not reported. Considering a wide therapeutic window and insignificant absorption a bromide ipratropiya, it is not necessary to expect serious anticholinergic symptoms. As well as for other anticholinergics, the expected symptoms of overdose are dryness in a mouth, violations of visual accommodation and tachycardia.

Side effects

Most frequent side reactions at application an ipratropiya of bromide were: a headache, cough, pharyngitis, a paradoxical bronchospasm, dryness in a mouth and violation of motility of digestive tract, all with a frequency from 1 to 10%.

Interaction

Is certificates that application the bromide ipratropiya together with beta adrenoceptors medicines and derivatives of xanthine can cause additive bronchodilatory effect.

Ipratropium-Intel can be applied along with other medicines to treatment of chronic obstructive diseases of lungs, including sympathomimetics bronchodilators, methylxanthines, steroids and sodium hromoglikat.
