Powder to oral solution with crimson taste "Helpex of ^® Antikold Neo Dlya of children" is applied to treatment of the symptoms arising at acute respiratory viral infections, flu (for decrease in the increased body temperature, reduction of cold, removal of a rhinedema, satisfying of a headache, elimination of an ache in a body).

Structure

One sachet on 2.5 g contains (active ingredients):

• paracetamol - 320 mg;
• a levotsetirizin of dihydrochloride - 1.25 mg.

Excipients: aspartame (E 951), a tsukraloz, fragrance crimson, silicon dioxide colloidal waterless, is attracted (E 421), betanin (E 162), by sucrose.

Contraindication

• hypersensitivity to medicine components, piperazin derivatives in the anamnesis;
• a disease of blood (including the expressed anemia, a leukopenia);
• heavy abnormal liver functions and/or kidneys (clearance of creatinine <10 ml/minute);
• congenital hyperbilirubinemia, deficiency glyukozo-6-fosfatdegidrogenazy, alcoholism.

Route of administration

to Children aged from 6 up to 10 years: on one sachet up to 4 times a day.

Intervals between receptions have to be not less than 4 hours.

at adults who accepted 10 g and more paracetamol or 5 g with risk factors, and at children who accepted more than 150 mg/kg of body weight.

At overdose by paracetamol in the first 24 hours symptoms develop: pallor, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, abdominal pain.

At reception of high doses from the central nervous system - orientation violation.

At prolonged use of medicine in high doses from bodies of blood formation the aplastic anemia, a pancytopenia, the Agranulocytosis, a neutropenia, a leukopenia, thrombocytopenia can develop.
