Gastrotop chewable tablets in heartburn of 30 pieces

Gastrotop – an ezofagoprotektor which action is directed to stopping of cases of heartburn (reflux) and regeneration of the injured gullet epithelium in an esophagitis.

Active components

• in combination with alginate, the polysaccharides which are contained in Opuntia ficus-indica show mukoadgezivny properties on a mucous membrane of a gullet and a stomach, thus protection of a gullet and stomach against irritant action of gastric juice is provided;
• salt in a combination with alginate and Opuntia ficus-indica polysaccharides form the raft which interferes with throwing of contents of a stomach in a gullet;
• regeneration of an epithelial layer of a mucous membrane of a gullet happens thanks to the content of biophenols in OLEA EUROPAEA leaves (L.) which possess anti-inflammatory (due to suppression of activity of pro-inflammatory cytokines) action;
• OLEA EUROPAEA biophenols (L.) are also donors of hydrogen who react with peroxide, turning the last on water and oxygen. Peroxide is the activator of an oxidizing stress that causes death of healthy cells of a gullet;
• thanks to presence of caffeine acid and a hydroksitirozol at molecular composition of OLEA EUROPAEA extract (L.), it has the significant antioxidant activity for reactive forms of oxygen and nitrogen and also chelating action (connect ions of metals, for example iron and copper at the expense of what are blocked action of dangerous oxidizing cycles, such as Fenton's reaction);
• bioactive agents in stalks of a cactus of Opuntia ficus-indica possess powerful anti-oxidative and proapoptozny actions thanks to decrease in an expression of TsOG-2, increase in concentration of Bax and decrease in Bcl-2. What promotes apoptosis of atypical cells;
• Mallow (Malva sylvestris L.) reduces sensitivity of nerve terminations, thereby reduces visceral pain.

Route of administration

Adult is recommended to take 1 chewable tablet after the main meals and 1 evening before going to bed.

Structure

Mix of extracts of stalks of the Prickly pear Indian (OPUNTIA FICUS-INDICA — 33.5%) and leaves of an olive European (OLEA EUROPAEA (L.) — 24%) with the general contents

• polysaccharides of only 15%-100 mg;
• sodium alginate of 50 mg;
• potassium bicarbonate of 10 mg;
• calcium carbonate of 10 mg;
• extract of leaves of the Hollyhock of 50 mg.
