Description:

Special yeast stamp for fruit starters Fruit, were developed as professional distillation yeast and are intended for the preparation of distillates from fruit and fruit and berry raw materials. With the help of this yeast, a distillate with wonderful organoleptic properties, taste and smell of the raw material is obtained.

Yeast Fruit Turbo is characterized by a fast and clean fermentation process, minimal formation of fusel oils, low foam formation, and high tolerance to distillate (up to 18%). In addition, during fermentation, this yeast produces a significant amount of fruity esters, which will subsequently be revealed in your future drink, improving the taste and aroma. Fruit include all macro and micro elements to obtain a fruit and berry product of ideal quality.

Turbo yeast Fruit is capable of fermenting up to 25 liters of berry or fruit wort. The final content of the degree directly depends on the raw materials used, the amount of glucose, temperature conditions, but the maximum value is 18 degrees of strength.

How to use correctly:

Pour up to 25 liters of fruit mash or juice into the fermenter at a temperature of 25-30 °C. Yeast does not require pre-hydration, so simply pour the contents of the packet into the wort and mix thoroughly. Leave to ferment at a temperature of 20 to 28°C for 4-6 days. The ideal fermentation temperature is 25°C. Maximum permissible 35°C.
