WISE BEE Publishing House is pleased to present for your use this unique planner with elements of EQ (emotional intelligence) and quotes from Boris Grebenshchikov. Our Brave Book is for the brave, for those who are ready to look inside themselves now. The glider is built in such a way that each turn is divided into 6 days. These are, as a rule, working days, and if you do not work on Saturday, you still probably have household chores on this day that it is advisable to plan in order to spend it usefully. But on the 7th day we left 3 times more space than for workers. We want you to create a rest plan for yourself throughout the week. What book do you want to read, what movie to watch, where to go, who to see. Everything that will fill you with energy that will last for the whole working week. We suggest you not be a workaholic, but a hard worker - and this is also about EQ, about awareness. You can work with love when you have energy, which we draw from quality rest. This is the first step of a happy life: consciously finding sources of energy for yourself. Step #2 is to analyze your basic emotions for the week, which we suggest writing down at the end of each day (the entire list of emotions is on the flyleaf). Step #3 is to try using the techniques that we suggest practicing for at least 40 days each. The techniques are very simple in theory, but only by applying them in practice will you be able to consciously, without reminding yourself, get them out of your subconscious at the right moment.
