Deksa-Zdorovye solution for infection. 25mg/ml amp. 2 ml No. 10

Solution for injections of Deksa-Zdorovye is shown at short-term symptomatic treatment of an acute pain easy and moderate severity, for example, musculoskeletal pains, painful periods (dysmenorrhea), a toothache.

Structure

Active ingredient: deksketoprofen;

1 ml of drug;

Excipients: ethanol of 96%, sodium chloride, sodium hydroxide, water for injections.

Contraindication

• hypersensitivity to a deksketoprofen, any other NPVP (NPVS) or to medicament excipients;
• if substances of similar action, for example acetylsalicylic acid or other NPVS, provoke development of attacks of asthma, a bronchospasm, acute rhinitis or cause development of nasal polyps, appearance of a small tortoiseshell or a Quincke's disease;
if photoallergic and phototoxic reactions were known to

• gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation in the anamnesis connected with the previous therapy of NPVP;

• chronic dyspepsia;
• other bleedings in an active phase or the increased bleeding;

Route of administration

Adult. The recommended dose makes 50 mg with an interval of 8-12 hours. If necessary to enter a repeated dose in 6 hours. The maximum daily dose should not exceed 150 mg. Drug is intended for short-term use therefore it should be applied only in the period of an acute pain (no more than 2 days). Patsiyentov it is necessary to transfer to oral administration of analgetics if it is possible. Side reactions can be reduced due to use of the smallest effective dose during shorter time necessary for improvement of a state. In postoperative pains of average or strong severity medicament can be used according to indications in the same recommended doses in combination with opioid analgetics.
