Di Di Jackson (Dee D. Jackson) is a musical pseudonym Deydr of Elaine Kozye, the native of Oxford, England. In the 1970th it worked as the film producer in Munich, Germany which in the late seventies along with Los Angeles became the world center of disco music. There she got acquainted with the leading disco composers and producers Giorgio Moroder and Keith Forsi and - that is called - steeped in music. Some time it worked as
singing backup with different performers. Its first single "Man of a Man" which left in 1978 passed unnoticed. On is not included in one of its albums. But the second single exceeded expectations - "Automatic Lover" (Automatic lover) became a big hit worldwide. Authors of the song Gary Unvin and his wife Patti Unvin - some of popular authors of the Munich disco. In the 1970th years the space subject concerned minds of people, and in music interest in it was steadily retained from progressive fate of the end of the 1960th to disco music of the end of the 1970th. Sintezatorny sounding which was advanced then Dzhiordzhio Moroder, Jean Michel Jarre and others, added to "space" music of "plausibility".
"Automatic Lover" is just a sample of popular space subject. Poe to a song plot, the heroine flies in space through space and time, supplied with the automatic lover. Any feelings, any romanticism. On is simply programmed to wish its prikasaniye, kisses, sex. Against the background of its automated voice repeating "I am your automatic lover, the automatic lover", she sings:
"On cannot caress or just be taken by hands
Ya I do not want his contacts
Because his body cold
On is programmed to have
automatic satisfaction.
A when love "is made",
Where the real reaction?"
"Automatic Lover" became hit No. 1 in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Japan, Argentina, the Republic of South Africa. Pesnya broke through even in prudish British charts on the 4th place. In Brazil its success was so stunning that the Brazilian producers created own copy Di Di Jackson. They took the Brazilian girl by the name of Regina Shakti, dressed her as Jackson and removed in telecasts together with Robotom-udovletvoritelem and Chelovekom-Meteorom, giving out for the real Di Di Jackson. This trick was made not to pay Jackson the royalty appropriate to it (authors).
A bit later in 1978 Jackson released the following single on the same subject - "Meteor Man" (Chelovek-Meteor) of the same authors - spouses Unvin, recorded in the same studio, with the same sound. This time our space heroine met not the robot, and a certain living being any more - "male meteor".
"In his eyes was
Ya fire burned its flame
On of
Kak the tiger
B who broke loose it snatched on me there was a power, in it there was force
I he condescended to me..."
But at this "male meteor" properties, similar to "an automatic udovletvoritel": "there is no love in his soul", and he behaves not to tell that very much extremely or futuristic:
"On came and entered
A then suddenly disappeared
As if flash in night..."
One word - a male meteor
