Solution for injections De-Span is shown at symptomatic treatment of an acute pain of average and high intensity in cases when oral administration of medicament is inexpedient, for example in postoperative pains, renal gripes and a back pain (dorsodynia)

Structure

Active ingredient: dexketoprofen;

1 ml of solution that is equivalent to 25 mg of a deksketoprofen;

Excipients: ethanol of 96%, sodium chloride, sodium hydroxide, water for injections.

Contraindication

• hypersensitivity to a deksketoprofen, any other NPVS or to medicament excipients;
• in an active phase of a peptic ulcer or in bleeding, suspicion on them or in a recurrent peptic ulcer or bleedings in the anamnesis (not less than two confirmed facts of an ulcer or bleeding), or chronic dyspepsia;
• gastrointestinal bleeding, another bleedings in an active phase or at the increased bleeding;
• gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation in the anamnesis connected with the previous therapy of NPVP;
• in Crohn's disease or in nonspecific ulcer colitis;
• in bronchial asthma in the anamnesis;
• in heavy heart failure;
• in a renal failure of average or heavy degree (clearance of creatinine <50 ml/min.);
• in a heavy abnormal liver function (10-15 points on a scale of Chayld-Pyyu);
• in hemorrhagic diathesis and at other disturbances of fibrillation;
• in the III trimester of pregnancy and during feeding by a breast.

Route of administration

Adult. The recommended dose makes 50 mg with an interval of 8-12 hours. If necessary the repeated dose should be entered in 6 hours. The maximum daily dose should not exceed 150 mg. Drug is intended for short-term use therefore it should be applied only in the period of an acute pain (no more than 2 days). Patsiyentov it is necessary to transfer to oral administration of analgetics if it is possible. Side reactions can be reduced due to use of less effective dose during shorter time necessary for improvement of a state. In postoperative pains of average or strong severity medicament can be used according to indications in the same recommended doses in combination with opioid analgetics.

Gastritis is less often observed. Also hypostases, arterial hypertension and heart failure which can be caused by reception of NPVS were noted.

Interaction

Methotrexate in high doses (not less than 15 mg a week). Due to reduction of renal clearance of a methotrexate against the background of use of NPVP in general its negative impact on the system of blood amplifies.

Derivative hydantoin and streptocides: strengthening of toxicity of these substances is possible.
