Chest collecting No. 2 – the means applied at cough and catarrhal diseases. Expectorant.

Indications

Inflammatory respiratory diseases (bronchitis, bronchial pneumonia, bronchial asthma, a bronchoectatic disease) – as a part of complex therapy.

Structure

• active ingredients: coltsfoots of leaves (Farfarae folia); plantain of big leaves (Plantaginis majoris folium); licorice roots (Liquiritiae radix).

• 1 g of collecting: coltsfoots of leaves (Farfarae folia) of 400 mg; plantain of big leaves (Plantaginis majoris folium) of 300 mg; licorice of roots (Liquiritiae radix) of 300 mg.

Contraindication

Hypersensitivity to biologically active agents of medicine. Cirrhosis, chronic kidney disease, diabetes, hypopotassemia, arterial hypertension, organic lesions of heart, obesity.

Side reactions

1 tablespoon of collecting to place

in the enameled ware, to fill in 200 ml of hot boiled water, to close a cover and to insist on the boiling water bath of 15 minutes. To cool at the room temperature within 45 minutes, to filter, to wring out the rest to the filtered infusion. To bring the volume of infusion boiled water to 200 ml. To accept in a warm look 2-3 times a day after a meal: to adults and children of 14 years - on 1/2 glasses, to children of 12-14 years - on 1/4 glasses, 7-12 years - on the 2nd tablespoons, 3 - 7 years – on 1 tablespoon.

Duration of a course of treatment is defined by the doctor individually.
