Characteristic

Black garlic represents garlic (Allium sativum) enriched by fermentation within 40 days at a temperature of 60-90 °C and the corresponding humidity. The black garlic known for the wide range of biological effect, including an opportunity to promote reduction of level of cholesterol, triglycerides; to influence products of insulin and normalization of level of sugar in blood, to increase nonspecific resistance of an organism, to show cardiotyre-tread effect, to influence a condition of a cardiovascular system, reducing level in blood of a gomotsistein, amino acid which is capable to damage walls of arteries. Contains flavonoids, water-soluble powerful S-alliltsistein (SAC) antioxidant. Antioxidant properties of black garlic are 5-6 times higher, than at usual garlic. Components of black garlic are brought out of an organism with urine and then and have no smell.
