Pharmacological properties

At topical administration has the anti-inflammatory, anesthetizing, resorptional and emulsifying effect. medicament is non-toxic, however can have local irritative effect.

Indication

Arthrosis, a spondylarthrosis, arthritis, a bursitis, a tendovaginitis, sciatica, calcaneal osteophytes, bruises, sprains, muscles, hypodermic hematomas, a state after a bone fracture without disturbance of integrity of soft tissues, a stump neuralgia after amputation of extremities, cicatricial changes of skin.

Use

Outwardly, before use is shaken up. apply in the form of compresses. impregnate with bile 2–6 layers of a gauze, impose on an affected area, cover with a thin layer of cotton wool and wax paper, and then fix a thin bandage. when drying the gauze napkin is humidified with water of room temperature and again fixed a bandage. applique duration — 24 h carry out change of compresses and a retentive bandage daily. depending on character and severity of a disease the course of treatment makes 6–30 days. repeated courses — in 1–2 months

Contraindication

Disturbance of integrity of integuments, lymphadenitis, a lymphangitis, pustulous diseases of skin, inflammation of skin and hypodermic fatty tissue in the place of applique.

Side effects

Irritation of skin in the place of applique. at the expressed irritation medicament is cancelled.

Special instructions

in case of irritation of skin bile duration of applique can be reduced to 6–10 h/days after removal of a compress an affected area wash with warm water and grease with neutral ointment. when imposing compresses it is inadmissible to use an oilcloth, nylon and other synthetic materials. medicament can be used as a part of complex therapy.
