Beta zones Ultra ointment of a tube of 15 g

Ointment for external use Betazon Ultra is shown for treatment of a dermatosis sensitive to GKS, in the presence (or at suspicion) the bacterial and/or fungal infections caused by microorganisms, sensitive to drug.

Structure

Active ingredients: 1 g of medicine contains:

• betamethasone of Dipropionas micronized in terms of betamethasone - 0.5 mg;
• Clotrimazolum - 10 mg;
• sulfate gentamycin in terms of gentamycin - 1 mg;

Excipients: mineral oil, paraffin white soft.

Contraindication

Drug is contraindicated to patients with hypersensitivity to active agents or to any other component of medicine. And also at a tuberculosis cutis, skin manifestations of syphilis, skin reactions after vaccination, widespread blyashechny psoriasis, a varicosity, pink eels, chicken pox, other bacterial and fungal infections of skin without appropriate antibacterial and anti-fungal therapy.

At prolonged or excessive use of local GKS the oppression of a hypophysial and adrenal system with development of secondary adrenal insufficiency and emergence of symptoms of a hypercorticoidism, including Cushing's disease is possible

Single overdoses by gentamycin did not lead

to emergence of symptoms of overdose. Excessive or prolonged use of gentamycin can lead to the overgrowth of microorganisms, insensitive to an antibiotic.

Treatment. Appoint the corresponding symptomatic therapy.

Side effects

from skin: xeroderma, pigmentation violation (hypopigmentation), hypochromia, burning, erythema, exudation and itch, emergence of blisters, peelings, hypostasis, urticaria, general irritation of skin, folliculitis, hypertrichosis, ugrepodobny rashes, perioral dermatitis, allergic contact dermatitis, skin maceration, development of secondary resistant flora, skin atrophy, heat rash, purple, reaction of hypersensitivity, teleangiectasia, hypodermic hemorrhages, rozatsea, skin discolorations, photosensitization.

Interaction

At use of ointment on skin of genitals and an anus the availability of soft paraffin or liquid paraffin (excipients as a part of medicine) can reduce the tensile strength of latex condoms, than will reduce their reliability when using.

Clotrimazolum at topical administration can be the antagonist of Amphotericinum and other half-yen antibiotics.
