Paste for determining the level of petroleum products in fuel tanks

Application :

For determining the level of light petroleum products in tanks.

Recommendations for use:

The paste is applied to a dry measuring instrument (meter rod, tape measure with a lot) in a thin layer (0.2 - 0.5 mm) at the location of the proposed boundary between oil product and air. The measuring instrument is lowered to the bottom of the container with the oil product and held: for diesel fuel – 15 - 20 seconds; for gasoline – 5-10 seconds. The upper limit of the paste, which has changed color to bright crimson, corresponds to the level of petroleum product in the container.

Release form: plastic container, weighing 80 g.

Characteristics:

Ointment-like sticky product pale pink. Upon contact with an oil product, the paste turns bright crimson. Without smell. Non-toxic. Not flammable. Not subject to certification.

Storage conditions: Store in a closed container in a dry place at room temperature. In the cold, the pasta freezes. After defrosting, it retains its properties.

Safety precautions: in case of contact with skin, wash off with soap and water.

Expiration date: At least 2 years from the date of manufacture.
The date of manufacture is indicated on the plastic container.
