Fernando Aramburu - Spanish writer, poet, essayist. Since 1985 he has lived in Germany. Considered one of the leading living Spanish writers. The novel "Motherland" was very well received by readers and critics. In recent decades, no book in Spain has received so many awards: the best book of 2017, the National Prize for Literature, the Critics' Prize, the International Club of Journalists Prize, the Italian Strega and Lampedusa prizes. The novel has more than 30 editions in Spanish alone, and translation rights into 32 languages ​​have been sold. It is published in Ukrainian for the first time.
