Probio Yogurt VIVO is a starter culture for preparing fermented milk products Probio Yogurt. This is an advanced probiotic that targets the highest concentrations of human-friendly bacteria. This power allows Probio Yogurt to be produced not only as a fermented milk product, but also in its pure form, without the fermentation procedure.
Probio Yogurt is the best starter for renewing healthy microflora or for eliminating unwanted microbes. The effect is however strong both when left standing in a pure form and when fermented milk product prepared from sourdough is imbued.

Bacteria Probio Yogurt - a combination of a large number of strains of bifidobacterium and lactobacilli ій. This combination is called symbiosis, the fragments of skin with bacteria reinforce the effect of one another.
Bifidobacteria:

How to incorporate leaven into pure form?
