"Navarro" Set of spices for the drink (3 l)

A charming drink from the Spanish province of Navarra, which is prepared from the fruits of the prickly plum (sloe). As a rule, it is drunk at the end of a hearty dinner or lunch and always cold, the temperature of the drink should not exceed 8 degrees. Sloe liqueur goes great with citrus or tropical juices, or with the addition of sherry.

Preparation

Crush the ingredients from package No. 1 in a mortar and pour 3 liters of strong drink 40%.
Leave for 7 days and filter.

Add ingredients from package No. 2. First remove the seeds from the thorn berries.
Infuse for 1 month. After steeping, decant the sediment and berries
and add sugar syrup from 300 g of sugar.

After adding sugar, let it rest for another month.
