Coffee from hand-selected (not machine-selected) beans is wonderful because it opens up an incomparable taste variation in coffee. On its way, the grain passes through a long chain of people, the work of each of whom is aimed at preserving and developing the taste of coffee. This, perhaps, is why you should give preference to specialty coffee. That's why they give preference to the highest grade grains (SPECIALTY COFFEE )!
