"Mulled wine" Set of spices for strong drink (3 l)

Mulled wine is a hot wine-based drink that warms you up in cold weather and improves your well-being. The drink has a spicy aroma combining wine and spices. They drink mulled wine slowly, carefully and in small sips, first inhale the hot vapors and only then, after sipping, enjoy the depth of its taste.

You will need:
- A set of spices
- 0.75 l of dry red wine
- 2 tsp. sugar

Preparation:

Heat the wine in a container over low heat to 70 degrees. Mix with a set of spices, add sugar. Stirring well, continue heating until the sugar is completely dissolved. Turn off the drink before it starts to boil. Cover with a lid and wait about half an hour. Pour the finished drink into tall transparent glasses.
