"Blue Curacao" Set of spices for strong drink, 168 g (per 3 l)

Spicy Caribbean drink Curacao, produced from a high-proof wine drink with the addition of dried orange peel, nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon, is primarily a cocktail drink. The originally clear liqueur gets its blue or blue color from the blue buds of Anchan tea.

Mix 600 ml of strong drink 45-50% and 600 ml of “gin” and add citrus zest from the set.
Leave for 20 days. Add cloves according to the set and leave for another day.
Filter the infusion. Add 1140 g of sugar in the form of sugar syrup to the infusion (dissolve in 900 ml of water).
Add Anchan flowers from the set. Infuse until the desired characteristic color is achieved and strain.
It is advisable to store liqueur in a dark container or dark place.
