Pharmacological properties

Aminocapronic acid has antiallergenic, antiviral effect, strengthens detoksikatsionny function of a liver. inhibits the proteolytic activity associated with an influenza virus. aminocapronic acid blocks at early stages interaction of a virus with sensory cells and also suppresses proteolytic processing of hemagglutinin. thereof synthesis of functional and active protein of the influenza virus providing its infectious activity is blocked and the quantity of daughter cells of a virus decreases. aminocapronic acid not only shows antiviral activity, but also improves some cellular and humoral indicators of specific and nonspecific protection of an organism in respiratory viral infections.

Indication

Treatment and prevention of flu and SARS at children and adults.

Use

for the purpose of prevention and treatment of flu and a SARS medicament is used locally (0.5-1.0 ml in a nose 3–4 times a day) and orally.

At topical administration (to dig in) 3–5 drops of solution in each nasal course.

Aminocapronic acid if necessary can be applied in a combination with other antiviral medicaments (amizon, oseltamivir, etc.) both interferon and its inductors. it is reasonable to p to carry out Intranazalno's

Special instructions

Children. There are no data on restriction of use of medicament for children.

Ability to influence speed of response at control of vehicles or work with other mechanisms. During treatment it is necessary to refrain from control of vehicles and performance of potentially dangerous types of activity owing to possible side reactions from central nervous system.

Interaction

Expressiveness of effect are reduced by anticoagulants and antiagregant of direct and indirect action.

Overdose

Hypercoagulation, thrombogenesis. for elimination of the raised thrombogenesis recommend introduction of the reosorbilakt, isotonic solution of sodium of chloride, solution of a ringer. in the presence of indications perhaps additional prescribing of Dipiridamolum or other anticoagulants.
