Adjika is a very hot, even scalding dish of Georgia. Traditional Georgian adjika is simply “fire in the mouth.” We are not yet accustomed to such scorching spiciness, but we also love it. Ours is a little softer, more tender.

Ingredients: red paprika, garlic, coriander, chili, fenugreek, turmeric, marjoram, savory, basil, dill seeds, mustard.

You can add adjika to borscht and tomato-based sauces. Who loves spicy meat dishes (sausages, grilled sausages), adjika is especially for you. Perfect for frying, baking or grilling. Simply rub the seasoning onto the meat before cooking.
